Eleanor Davies

Counsellor

Monash University

I am Eleanor, a Master of Counselling student in my final semester with a therapeutic focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Narrative Focused Therapy.

I hold a strong commitment to seeing each client as a unique individual and pride myself on tailoring our sessions to better accommodate their individual needs. I aim to equip my clients with the tools they need to navigate their issues with confidence, resilience and a greater compassion for themselves and their peers.

I foster these qualities through a collaborative, multimodal approach that works to build a strong sense of trust and safety as a bedrock for the reflection that follows.

I use a Person-Centred Evidence-Based approach to ground my clients in the context of their lived experiences and ensure that they feel truly understood and heard and to gently guide them in fostering a more complete awareness of themselves and their needs.

This work is done in a culturally safe and welcoming environment for people of all ages, genders, sexualities and backgrounds. I am passionate about helping people navigate the challenges of depression, anxiety, grief and neurodivergency.

I see clients at Integrative Psychology & Medicine, East Melbourne and offer online sessions.
